Green Street's expertise supports a wide range of clients, from institutional investors to real estate operators, in making informed capital allocation decisions.

Key Responsibilities and Workflow

As the Head of Product Design at Green Street, I led the transformation of their digital tools into a cohesive, user-centric platform. My role encompassed redesigning the user interface and experience to ensure seamless navigation across complex datasets and analytical tools. I focused on integrating various functionalities—such as market analytics, forecasting models, and transaction databases—into a unified dashboard that caters to the diverse needs of CRE professionals. By prioritizing clarity and accessibility, the revamped platform empowers users to derive insights efficiently, enhancing their decision-making processes.

Design Impact

As Head of Product Design at Green Street, I led the company-wide design strategy, driving a full transformation of its digital experience across both web and mobile platforms. I overhauled their fragmented design system by building a modern, scalable component library in Figma, which brought visual and functional consistency across the entire product suite. This unified system streamlined collaboration between design and engineering, reduced design debt, and significantly accelerated development cycles. By simplifying complex workflows and redesigning interfaces around actual user behaviors, I elevated the way institutional clients interacted with Green Street’s proprietary data and insights. The result was a more cohesive and intuitive platform that improved user satisfaction, boosted feature adoption, and shortened onboarding time. These strategic improvements helped increase customer retention, unlocked higher-tier subscription opportunities, and ultimately contributed to greater recurring revenue and an increase in Green Street’s overall company valuation.

Mobile App for Surveying Properties

This app was designed to replace manual spreadsheets or the digital form where surveyers would use an offline digital tablet with a separate camera they'd have to sync back at the office manually. This app saved not only the user time but also the company a lot of money as the user was able to much more quickly, and accurately, record data while in the field and automatically sync with the cloud.





Real Estate Market Data

This system would provide the user with important real-time data on major markets across the United States, Canada, and Europe, helping them make informed investment decisions.





Automated Valuation Model

This sofisticated platform allowed the user to access property-level insights based on data and analysis, quickly validate assumptions before making investment decisions, and monitor valuations and market conditions across multiple properties and quickly identify meaningful changes.





REIT Company Analysis

This page guided the user through a very high level and also granular detailed look at data on the performance and information on all each of the REITs (Real Estate Investment Trusts) in the United States so that the user could not only monitor their own portfolio of investments but also make decisions of where to invest next.
