Teradata is a leader with data analytics and provides solutions for some of the largest leading companies that most of us use products and services of daily. I designed some of these solutions for the oil and gas, transportation, and consumer goods industries.

Key Responsibilities and Workflow

In addition to leading the User Experience for these projects, I would also manage the product we were designing and organize a small team of highly efficient and effective subject matter experts from within Teradata and within the companies we were creating solutions for. From start to finish, I would work with the team to research, construct requirements that solved real customer problems, journey map the experience, wireframe, design interactions, create the visual design experience, prototype, and document delivery materials for the engineering team to build.

Design Impact

The impact of the systems I designed not only earned Teradata many millions of dollars in revenue from several large customers but these systems also saved these customers several times what they paid from the efficiency each experience brought in addition to solving key problems in their industries.
